Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for corporate travel and meeting planning services.
- Support the Sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches alongside senior team members, learning from their expertise and gaining hands-on experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique travel and meeting requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand our network within the corporate travel and meetings community.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on travel policies, cost-saving strategies, and best practices in meeting planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate travel sales or meeting planning, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the travel industry and a desire to pursue a career in sales.
