Responsibilities:

1. Analyze project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine project scope and requirements.
2. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather project information and identify cost factors.
3. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather data for cost estimation.
4. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates based on labor, material, and equipment costs.
5. Utilize cost estimation software and tools to perform calculations and generate reports.
6. Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed.
7. Prepare bid proposals and participate in client meetings and negotiations.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of cost estimates and related data.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost factors affecting construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools .
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and codes related to construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
