Variance Investigation

• Analyze discrepancies between expected and actual costs, offering explanations and recommending corrective measures.
  

• Present variance findings and cost -saving opportunities to management.
  

Budgeting & Forecasting Support

• Contribute to annual budgeting exercises by supplying relevant cost data and analysis.
  

• Track real -time costs versus budget forecasts and recommend adjustments for improved financial outcomes.
  

Process Optimization

• Partner with departments such as production and procurement to streamline costing procedures and enhance efficiency.
  

• Recommend strategic improvements to costing systems and practices based on analytical findings.
  

Ad -Hoc Analysis

• Deliver cost -related insights and special reports upon request.
  

• Support audits or internal reviews related to cost data and compliance.
