Costing/Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the company's full finance and accounting operations in Malaysia. The role covers full-set accounts, financial reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting, taxation, manufacturing costing, internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts and oversee monthly and year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and Group reporting packages.
• Manage daily cash flow, payments, bank transactions, reconciliations and monthly cash-flow forecasts.
• Ensure all payments and reimbursements comply with the company's approval procedures.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance and analyse significant variances.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Manage Malaysian tax matters, including corporate income tax, SST, withholding tax, stamp duty and other applicable taxes.
• Liaise with LHDN, Royal Malaysian Customs, auditors, tax agents, banks and other authorities.
• Maintain proper transfer-pricing documentation and monitor changes in tax regulations.
• Manage manufacturing costing, including material, labour, overhead, work-in-progress and finished-goods costs.
• Analyse cost variances and work with Production, Warehouse and Purchasing teams on cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor accounts receivable, overdue payments, accounts payable and supplier-payment schedules.
• Develop and maintain effective financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Identify and manage financial, tax, reporting and cash-management risks.
• Support the company's accounting or ERP system and drive process automation, including e-Invoicing.
• Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained and retained according to statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in full-set accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management and taxation.
• Knowledge of Malaysian corporate income tax, SST, withholding tax and statutory requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
• Experience with Yonyou T Plus or a similar system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with management and Group Finance.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• 与马来西亚内陆税收局（LHDN）、皇家关税局、审计师、税务代理、银行及其他机构保持沟通。
• 准备及维护转让定价文件，并及时掌握税务法规变化。
• 负责制造成本核算，包括材料、人工、制造费用、在制品及产成品成本。
• 分析成本差异，并与生产、仓库及采购部门合作，推动成本控制与优化。
• 管理应收账款、逾期账款跟进、应付账款及供应商付款安排。
• 建立及完善财务政策、工作流程和内部控制制度。
• 识别并管理资金、税务、财务报告及合规风险。
• 协助维护会计或ERP系统，并推动流程自动化及电子发票的实施。
• 确保会计记录及相关文件妥善归档，并符合法定保存期限。

任职要求

• 会计、金融、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 持有ACCA、CPA、CIMA或同等专业资格者优先考虑。
• 至少5年相关财务及会计工作经验，有制造业经验者优先。
• 熟悉全盘账务、财务报告、预算、资金管理及税务工作。
• 熟悉马来西亚企业所得税、SST、预扣税及相关法定要求。
• 具备制造成本核算及库存管理经验。
• 熟练使用Microsoft Excel，并熟悉会计或ERP系统。
• 具备用友T Plus或类似系统操作经验者优先。
• 具备良好的数据分析、组织协调及解决问题能力。
• 能够独立工作、按时完成任务，并与管理层及集团财务团队有效沟通。
• 能使用英语及中文沟通者优先，以便与集团财务团队及中文业务相关方进行工作沟通。
