Country Finance Manager (Commercial) - Rewarding Work

About our Client
Our client is a multinational corporation in the Healthcare industry with a notable presence in this region. They have an office in Selangor and is looking to hire a Country Finance Manager to join their close-knitted team. This position will handle one of their many businesses and there is a hybrid work arrangement in place.

Responsibilities
This position will act as a focal point to the local business here and work closely to support the Country Managing Director. As a Finance Manager, you will functionally report to a Commercial Finance Lead in the regional office. Your role will also business partner with other business unit heads and you'll be supported by the Shared Service Finance team on financial accounting and FP&A. The focus of your role would be Commercial Finance, forecasting, budgeting, analysis of pricing, business drivers and commercial risks. You will also manage CAPEX and assist in special projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills and Experience Required
You will need at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or membership with a professional body such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or MICPA. You will also have at least 10 years experience in a similar role progressively and strong business acumen. As this company is in a fast-paced industry, you will need the ability to adapt and work in a matrix reporting structure. High level of stakeholder management and business partnering is required for this role.
