Role Overview
As the Coworking Space Client Services & Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our client-facing operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their office requirements, providing administrative support, and organizing meeting spaces. Additionally, you'll be conducting tours for potential clients, handling inquiries via phone and email, and participating in social media activities to promote our facility. You'll also manage client payments using our client management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to clients' office requirements, such as helping with printers and providing chargeable administrative support
- Organize meeting and discussion rooms
- Conduct tours for potential clients
- Handle phone calls and emails with potential clients
- Participate in social media photos and videos to promote our facility
- Enter client payments into our client management system
- Assist with other tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills with customers
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (scored an A in high school English Language exam)
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients, and agents
- Able to manage a diverse range of tasks
- Understanding social media is desirable
- Experience in a coworking or hospitality environment is highly regarded
Compulsory Requirements
- Chinese-speaking female candidates below 40 years old only
- Willing to work in Bangsar South
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a company selling virtual office services or in the hotel industry
- Preferred first choice: candidates from virtual office/coworking/shared office environments
- Preferred second choice: candidates from the hotel industry, handling customer service or front office/desk
