YOUR ROLE 

• Managing a group of maintenance technicians and manufacturing specialists in Assembly Operations.
• Oversee and supervise PM and AM activities and ensure equipment works at its highest standard.
• To define and improve Work Instructions and Specifications for PM and AM activities.
• Coach, mentor, train and develop technicians and manufacturing specialists to meet current and future business requirements. 
• Managing the equipment performance (MTBI, MTBF) and unscheduled down time (TUD).
• Improving equipment up time, OEE, MTBI and MTBF.
• Ensure all maintenance personnel adhere to safety policy and procedures.
• Oversee spare parts stocks for Preventive Maintenance.
• Planning, tracking, and adhering to allocated maintenance budget.
• Looking for new ways/tools/parts to improve productivity and maintenance cost.
• Managing plant and central improvement and automation projects related to equipment and tooling.
• Managing equipment CMMS system, digitalization/paperless projects and Cybersecurity.
   

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, E&E, or Mechatronics. 
• Preferable 2 years working experience in maintenance related fields. 
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and decision making.
• Knowledge in schematic diagram, pneumatics, equipment FMEA, will be added advantage.
• Hands on and technical know-how in equipment models of Disco laser grooving, Disco dicing saw, ASM die attach, ASM wire bond, ESEC glue die attach and K&S Cu/Au/Ag wire bond will be added advantage.
