Creative Content Creation Lead – Asia Pacific - Exciting Challenge

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The successful candidate will take on the role of crafting a variety of creative content to support the company’s current goals and aspirations of expansion ranging from designing print and digital collaterals (reports, publications, infographics, coffee-table books, etc), advertising materials, social media content (static posts, animation, video, gamification/augmented reality, etc.), business presentations (Power Point, Google Slides, etc.) to video/audio based content mix, among others.

The ideal candidate brings along a strategic combination of skills merging the art of visual creativity aligned with the brand’s DNA whilst having the aptitude to support the creative executions with compelling narratives (copy), thus delivering end products (creative assets with persuasive written content) that uphold the hallmarks of quality, relevance, and impact.

This role will involve the candidate working with teams from around the world in a strategically collaborative manner whilst also potentially guiding a team member to perform creative design work in full compliance to established brand guidelines. 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

• Diploma/degree in creative media studies such as Graphic Design / Advertising / Mass Communication with at least 6 - 8 years of multimedia content creation experience supported by a wide portfolio covering graphic design, video/audio production, etc. for online/digital, print & a variety of other platforms.
• Proficient with professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc. as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Canva, creative AI-tools, etc.
• Proven ability to curate relevant, brand-centric content combining design & copy with a keen eye to spot opportunities to re-purpose existing content for the benefit of different audiences.
• Sound understanding of technical aspects of crafting and maintaining artwork files, audio/visual production & editing.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision as well as provide guidance to team members towards successful project completion & effectively collaborate with teams based outside of Malaysia
• Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities simultaneously with good time management skills.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) along with passion for creative work, professionalism, meticulous and proactive.
