Creative Director - Hiring Immediately

Job Description 

We want someone with the calibre to synergise and commandeer our creative, content and performance marketing teams. He or she must be highly motivated, brimming with ideas, a creative thinker and has an eye for the minute details. You should be dedicated, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills supplemented by a wealth of experience in the marketing arena. You must be well tuned to the latest trends and industry developments or be capable enough to forge a ground-breaking path of your own. A well-founded knowledge of the digital space and platforms is an added plus. To be successful, you must be able to identify with our organisation’s culture of continuous improvement and excellence. You must understand, dissect and translate the client’s needs / objectives into actionable ideas infused with guile. More significantly, this person must be able to inspire and guide the team to produce quality deliverables according to given the timelines. You must ensure quality and cross functional cohesiveness to realise a common goal or objective.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliverables are produced to the highest standards and quality in a timely fashion.
• Ensure designs and content produced reflects our clients’ brand image, voice and tone.
• Be the bridge between the marketing, content and creative team to bring ideas to life.
• Take ownership - be involved from conception, planning, creation and execution to ensure progress is made according to the agreed milestones.
• Mentor and inspire good work, lead by example and foster a positive working environment.
• Participate and provide opportunities for personal development and bring growth to the team.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Senior copywriters and Senior Art Directors with vast knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3-years professional working experience in a similar role.
• Must be charismatic, possess a creative eye and has a thorough understanding of concepts / ideas / objectives.
• Has a thought process, must demonstrate creative and critical thinking.
• Must be able to plan ahead or on the go.
• Possesses great leadership and communicational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail Did we miss something?
• Works best under pressure and stress (we won’t lie; it can get hectic).
• Must be able to work across teams, as one team working towards a common goal.
