CREATIVE MANAGER (Mall) - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of and execution of creative marketing strategies to promote the mall and its events, including digital campaigns, print materials, and in-mall branding.
• Manage the creative aspects of advertising and promotional activities, ensuring they align with the mail's brand identity.
• Oversea the design and setup of visual displays in common areas of the mall, including seasonal decorations and thematic installations.
• Collaborate with retail tenants to create engaging storefronts and in-store promotional materials.
• Coordinate with event planners and marketing teams to design and implement special events such as holiday celebrations, fashion shows, and new store openings.
• Maintain a calendar of creative content, ensuring timely executive of campaigns and events.
• Work with external agencies, photographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor trends for creative projects, ensuring they deliver maximum impact for cost-effective spending.
• Lead and mentor a team of creative staff, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a retail or mall setting
• Strong creative vision with an ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
