Our client is searching for a Creative Marketing Manager. The perfect candidate will possess a combination of creativity, strategic awareness, and leadership skills. They should have experience in guiding creative teams and creating compelling visual content across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee various creative projects from inception to completion, establishing and maintaining concepts, guidelines, and strategies.
• Inspire and manage cross-functional creative teams, fostering collaboration and nurturing talent to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they progress from idea to delivery while upholding high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and multimedia techniques to create visually captivating content for diverse platforms.
• Create and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Generate innovative ideas and translate them into impactful creative executions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and stay up to date with evolving design and technology trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role that fosters creativity.
• Experienced in a top-ranked Marketing/Branding company within the Top 5 or Top 10.
• Strong proficiency in technology-based platforms such as CRM, ERP, and working in a paperless environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is required.
