Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Strategist to drive the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. 

As a Creative Strategist, you will lead in developing compelling content, ad visuals, campaigns, and experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Job Requirements

• Creative Strategy Development: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Content Creation: Research, script, shoot, edit, and post user-generated content (UGC) for Meta ads, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
• Campaign Execution for Ad: From researching, scripting, shooting, and editing for the video content optimized for Meta advertisements.
• Visual and Graphic Design: Create visually compelling ads, product page visuals, and marketing materials using tools like Canva.
• Production Oversight: Oversee the production of creative assets, including copywriting, graphic design, video production, and more.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Reporting and Iteration: Provide weekly creative marketing reports and iterate on strategies based on performance data.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
