Creative Strategist (Brand Manager)

Tasks

• Creative Direction: Determine Buying Personas, Brand Pillars & content strategy
• Content Plan: Create emotional storytelling through engaging video formats
• Content Sourcing: Strong experience sourcing, briefing, and managing internal creators, influencers and external creators
• Campaign Management: Weekly campaigns on all our Socials
• Brief designers: Provide data-driven insights to creative teams for new assets
• Testing: A/B tests on hooks, copy, CTAs & formats
• Analyze metrics: Track full-funnel data and make informed decisions
• End Goal = Create Sales via Followers + Engagement on our Socials

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years managing paid social or paid search campaigns
• Copy writing: Strong track record of writing high-converting scripts, hooks, and messaging with emotional story telling
• Testing: Deep understanding of A/B testing concepts & formats
• Scaling: Growing Social Media channels
• Platform expertise: Understanding of creative formats and algorithmic requirements on different platfoms
• Project management: Ability to manage a fast-paced creative pipeline and collaborate smoothly with media buyers.
• Native Bahasa Malaysia
• Very Fluent in English
