Penerangan Pekerjaan - CREATOR & AFFILIATE EXECUTIVE

Department: Marketing Malaysia
Reports To: Marketing Country Lead (Malaysia)
Level: Executive
Scope: Malaysia Market

I/ Role Purpose:

Build, develop, and operate Brand Name's Creator & Affiliate ecosystem in Malaysia to generate a continuous stream of content, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through a Creator-led Commerce model. Transform Running Clubs, Pickleball Communities, Fitness Communities, Micro Creators, and Affiliates into scalable content distribution and revenue-generating channels.

II/ Key Responsibilities:

A. Creator Network Development (35%)

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with [Brand Name]'s brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Creator Database in Malaysia.
  • Expand creator networks across Running, Pickleball, Fitness, Lifestyle, and Campus Creators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators.
  • Monitor collaboration performance and recommend expansion opportunities.

B. Affiliate Program Development (35%)

  • Recruit and onboard Affiliate Partners.
  • Execute Affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and Website channels.
  • Guide and support affiliates in driving sales performance.
  • Monitor revenue contribution and effectiveness of each affiliate partner.
  • Recommend commission structures and incentive mechanisms.

C. Creator Commerce Campaign Operations (30%)

  • Collaborate with the Content & Social Development team to execute Creator Marketing campaigns.
  • Track content production progress from creators.
  • Ensure all creator deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collect and analyze content performance data.
  • Develop case studies and best-practice playbooks.

Authority & Decision-Making Rights:

  • Recommend creators for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Propose affiliate commission and incentive structures.
  • Recommend budgets for creator seeding programs.
  • Evaluate creator performance and effectiveness.
  • Recommend discontinuing partnerships with underperforming creators.

Creator Growth KPIs:

  • Number of New Creators Recruited per Month
  • Number of Active Creators
  • Creator Retention Rate
  • Cost per Active Creator

Affiliate KPIs:

  • Number of Active Affiliates
  • Affiliate Revenue
  • Affiliate GMV
  • Affiliate Contribution Percentage

Content KPIs:

  • Number of UGC Videos Generated
  • Creator Content Volume
  • Monthly Content Assets Created

Commerce KPIs:

  • Creator-Attributed Revenue
  • Affiliate-Attributed Revenue
  • TikTok Shop Creator GMV
  • Cost per Creator Conversion

Reporting Requirements:

  • Weekly Creator Report
  • Weekly Affiliate Report
  • Monthly Creator Performance Review
  • Monthly Affiliate Revenue Report
  • Quarterly Creator Ecosystem Review
IV/ Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Affiliate Marketing, or TikTok Shop Operations.
  • Experience working directly with Creators and/or Influencers.
  • Preferred experience within: TikTok Agencies, Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), Creator Agencies, Ecommerce Brands, or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Brands.

Core Competencies:

Creator Scouting:

  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and recruit suitable creators.
  • Strong understanding of creator fit and audience relevance.

Relationship Building:

  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term creator relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.

Affiliate Development:

  • Understanding of Affiliate Marketing models and mechanics.
  • Ability to build and scale affiliate partner networks.

Social Commerce Understanding:

  • Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Creator Commerce models.
  • Understanding of Social Selling behaviors and trends.

Communication & Negotiation:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic negotiation and partnership management skills.

Data Tracking & Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor creator performance and effectiveness.
  • Understand and track core business KPIs.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
