Credit Admin Executive - Opportunity to Make a Difference

The Responsibilities:

1. To prepare weekly sales reports for agencies
2. To prepare sales reports (including monthly sales reports and Quarterly KPI Reports) for Company Management
3. To prepare bi-weekly Sales Commission Reports for submission to Accounts Dept
4. To prepare corresponding Commission Payout Reports to Agencies and Agents 
5. To prepare List of Monthly Instalment Collection Report
6. To follow up Default Cases in instalment payment schemes
7. Tracking of Payment Status for every Instalment Payment based on Ledger issued 
8. To cross Check filing of accounts related documentation such as Instalment Ledgers, Acknowledgement of Receipts, Official Receipts in Office Management System 
9. To support in tracking and filing of Trust Accounts Fund Movement
10. To execute ad-hoc related matter as and when requested by Superior.

The Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM 
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Good command in English and Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties
4. Good organisational skill and verbal communication skills.
5. Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable. 
6. Proficient in MS Office and PC skills. 
7. Experience in working with Kenjin system or SQL will be an advantage.
8. Highly motivated team player with a strong drive for success and the ability to work under pressure.
