Credit Administration & Recovery Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Create loan account and entering of direct debit.
• Prepare defaulting list, call defaulting customer and update monthly defaulting list.
• Send default notices and SMS to notify customers on their defaulting.
• Send SMS to decline direct debit entries.
• Send final and rescind notices to propose sales cancellation customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls for direct debit declined customers.
• Handle departmental administration job.
• Prepare memo as and when required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM or any equivalent.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to work within short deadline.
