Credit Control Assistant / Supervisor (based at KL) - Start Now

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collection, monitoring and calling customers for KL main office’s accounts to ensure all installments / repayment are collected in time and preventing them from being classified NPL.
• Ensures to follow through via phone calls on monthly installment cheques, copy of bank-in slips, replenish of postdated cheques, replacement of returned cheque etc.
• Ensures to meet the monthly collection target.
• Monitor and collect all accounts with overdue interest and other miscellaneous eg. insurance premium and legal fees as well as submit to CTOS for blacklisting.
• Liaise with Collection / Marketing department to arrange on site visitation for problematic accounts eg. uncontactable customers / cheque returned / unanswered calls after several attempts etc.
• Responsible to arrange for cheque collection via courier / dispatch / collection / marketing staff as and when needed.  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field. 
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in banking industry.
• Applicants with experience in collection related work will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, committed, able to work in a team and independently.
• Full time position is available, based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.
