RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in the proper maintenance of assigned accounts
- Ensure that sufficient documents are provided during opening of accounts
- Ensure the required customers documents scanned and archive in the system
- Responsible in monitoring of assigned account receivables and follow up for payments
- Responsible in providing sufficient, proper and accurate accounting documents in order to expediate payment
- Responsible in assisting the collection teams to monitor and follow up small balance outstanding account
- Responsible in taking recovery action for potentially problematic account
- Any other assignment that may be given from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate
- Proactive, reliable and result oriented
- Able to work independently
