Qualifications & experience

• Minimum diploma in accounting or professional certificate in accounting
• Good in Microsoft Office Excel
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in Account Receivable/ Credit Control(Commission).
• Preferably in the real estate industry with the knowledge of Accounts Receivable/ Credit Control processes and commission calculation
• Familiarity with credit analysis on preparation of invoices and define good/poor paymaster

Tasks & responsibilities

• Process developer commissions accurately and promptly, collaborating with Sales and Admin to validate calculations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed and clear commission statements for developers
• Maintain organized of all financial records, reconcile with finance, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Facilitate external audits related to Accounts Receivables transactions and Developer commissions.
