Credit Relationship Manager

Locations:

• Jalan Maarof, Federal Territory
• Region Office, Pahang/Kelantan/Terengganu
• Ipoh, Perak
• Penang/Kedah/Perlis (2 headcounts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit-related matters, offering expert advice and services to meet their needs.
• Credit Processing: Handle credit proposals and ad-hoc requests, ensuring compliance with the Bank's risk parameters and guidelines.
• Risk Management: Monitor Watch Lists (WLs) and Special Mention Accounts (SMAs) to minimize Newly Impaired Loans by staying updated on market developments and taking preventive actions.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers, including cross-selling other financial products and services.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase utilization and business share.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with minimal attrition, ensuring continued satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SME/BB/Business Development/Large Industries (sales), preferably within financial institutions.
• Strong marketing and business acumen with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about building a successful sales career.
• High self-confidence, energetic, and capable of working effectively under sales pressure.
