Key Responsibilities
1. Credit Risk Management
Perform comprehensive credit assessments and financial analysis for new and existing customers
Ensure adherence to credit policies and internal guidelines
Monitor credit portfolios and follow up with country teams to ensure timely credit renewals
2. Collections Management
Manage the overdue portfolio and drive timely collections across assigned regions
Analyse ageing reports to identify and flag high-risk accounts proactively
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve overdue issues and improve cash flow
3. Reporting & Analytics
Monitor Bad Debt Provisions and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) across all countries
Track and reduce credit exposure, including monitoring accounts exceeding approved credit limits
Deliver monthly insights on high-risk accounts, including root causes of overdue balances
Escalate critical issues in a timely manner to mitigate financial risk
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk, collections, or financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a multinational or regional environment
Familiarity with credit risk frameworks, credit scoring models, or ERP systems
