Credit Control

1. Responsible for the Account Receivable and collection
2. Monitor and ensure all shipments arranged by Logistic/Product Support Team are in accordance with the duly  approved payment terms
3. Liaise with Sales Team and Sales Support Team for new credit application and credit review
4. Ensure all bank/cash receipts have been properly recordedinto the System and offset with outstanding sales invoices accordingly on a timely basis
5. Coordinate with Sales Support Team to ensure invoices reached customers on time
6. Prepare and send Monthly Statement of Account / Reminder Letters on timely basis
7. Prepare weekly aging report and highlight debt collection progress on receipts/collections to superior
8. Compile and prepare the monthly Receivables Report and disseminate to the respective sales personnel for follow up purposes
9. Create an effective communication process to remind customer/SSM/TSM personnel about expected/promised payments
10. Perform consistent review on all accounts, investigate and analyze overdue accounts to determine root cause of non-payment and appropriate course of action to collect debts

Risk Assessment

1. To assist preparation of Related Party Transaction and CRRA Review on quarterly basis
2. To assist preparation of post ROI analysis on all Credit Control and Risk Assessment (“CRRA”) approved projects
3. To assist risk assessment of new investments / TSM new projects for CRRA committee review
