Credit Risk Manager

• Lead and enhance the company’s overall credit risk management function.
  
• Review, develop, and improve credit policies, underwriting guidelines, approval criteria, and risk grading models.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, approval quality, non -performing loan (NPL) indicators, and collection effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate closely with senior management to balance business growth, profitability, and risk management objectives.
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve credit approval quality, customer segmentation, risk -based pricing, and portfolio sustainability.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams responsible for credit assessment, risk analysis, data analytics, and portfolio monitoring.
  
• Identify gaps and weaknesses in existing credit processes and recommend practical and effective improvements.
  
• Support management in developing comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators to facilitate informed decision -making.
  
• Ensure credit practices comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in credit risk management, credit approval, consumer financing, hire purchase financing, banking, non -bank financial institutions, or related industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of consumer financing, credit assessment, portfolio risk management, delinquency management, and collection strategies.
  
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross -functional stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret credit data, portfolio trends, and business performance metrics to support management decisions.
  
• Sound business acumen with the ability to balance risk control and business growth objectives.
  
• Good understanding of credit policies, approval processes, risk -based decision -making, and financing operations.
  
• Experience in motorcycle hire purchase, vehicle financing, personal financing, or other consumer credit products will be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate key findings effectively and recommendations to senior management.
