Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify target groups for CRM campaigns and develop targeted campaign strategies.
• Leverage data analysis to predict customer behavior and proactively implement targeted retention strategies.
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Plan and enhance long-term customer journeys and strategic engagement plans.
• Regularly implement optimization methods to attract more consumers and increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Manage external vendor relationships related to CRM, loyalty programs, consumer marketing, and database management.
• Draft communication materials and methods, including email templates, SMS messages, and phone scripts.
• Analyze application and website areas for UI/UX improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, BA or similar roles.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel and/or other analytic tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other data management tools.
• Sensitive to numbers, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• UX/UI knowledge will be a bonus.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
• Proven track record of using data and analytics tools to increase performance and enhance customer experience.
• Be able to think from customer perspectives and have creative thinking.
