C&S Supervisor

Contractor company based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Site Location: KK Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the civil and structural engineering team on-site.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support and guidance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil or it's related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction field. (Specifically with high-rise buildings.)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Power Point and Excel)

The year 1999 was another milestone in the company’s, in its first foray into Civil and Building work such as SESB Sub Station at Mengaris, High Tension Power Cable Trench at Karambunai, Demolition & Reconstruction of weighbridge work at Cement Industry Sabah, Construction and Completion of Architecture work for Kota Kinabalu Polytechnic Campus at Sabah And Earth work at Karambunai SESB Sub Station.
