job summary:

Our client is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the property management sector, a robust background in artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, and a proven track record of driving technological innovation. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology initiatives align with our business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to support business growth and objectives.
• Lead the technological direction of the company, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate technology into the overall business strategy.
• AI & Data Analytics:
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI and data analytics to enhance decision-making processes, operational efficiency, and customer experiences.
• Oversee the development of AI-driven tools and platforms that provide insights and predictive analytics for property management.
• Ensure data governance and the security of sensitive information across all technological platforms.
• Technology Development & Management:
• Manage the end-to-end technology development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee the development of proprietary software and systems tailored to property management needs.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all technological systems and platforms.
• Team Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Implement best practices for software development, project management, and IT operations.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the technology team and across departments.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary technical spokesperson for the company, engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders to communicate our technological vision and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new technologies.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or similar leadership role in the property management or real estate industry.
• Extensive experience with AI, machine learning, and data analytics, including practical applications in a business context.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
