Our client primarily operates in the technology industry, and they are hiring a FOS (Foot on Street) to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of customer accounts AR
- Manage corrective activities regarding invoice inaccuracies.
- Provide customer service by responding, tracking, and resolving customer invoicing inquiries.
- Work with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Tax & Credit Analyst of possible adverse relationship issues, e.g. delinquencies, administrative issues etc.
- Actively manage AR health & targets
- Coordinate, facilitate, process and follow-up on financial changes (e.g. schedule restructuring, company restructurings, etc.)
- Manage, and process non-financial changes (e.g. equipment location, billing address, serial number changes); analyzing and ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date in the systems.
- Make Collection Calls & Manage Collection Strategy
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years related experience or Master's degree and up to two years’ experience.
- 2 to 3 years related experience in in credit and collections, asset management or leasing industry.
