Customer Care Officer

The selected candidate will be working with a leading telecommunication provider in Asia servicing the Singapore candidates as an inbound Customer Care Officer. The call centre is operating on a 24 hours rotational shift with state of the art call centre technology and comes equipped with various recreational facilities. 

Responsibilities
Handling and answering call from user and provide solution to them.
Delivering a quality services to customers through handling calls from users.
Handling incoming telephone inquiries and give consultation to the users relating to a product or services.
Closing a report and try to resolve the users’ issues immediately

Requirements
Candidate must possess minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree
Full-Time position(s) available / each month
No experienced needed (Training will be provided).
Must be able to speak in ENGLISH well
Willing to work on in rotating SHIFT (24 HOURS ROTATING SHIFT)
Computer & smartphone savvy & enjoys customer service job
Must be willing to work in Centro Mall, Klang

Other Benefits:

Customer Service Allowance          RM150 / month
