- Leading the development of customer segmentation strategies through data analysis, defining audience targeting criteria, and collaborating with data analysts for model refinement.
- Conducting detailed data analysis from campaigns to extract actionable insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Utilizing data-driven findings to enhance customer segmentation, targeting criteria, and campaign content.
- Continuously monitoring CRM performance metrics and generating comprehensive reports from various sources.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM strategies based on insights.
- Defining, planning, and delivering optimization strategies for core CRM journeys using data. Managing end-to-end campaign deployment within the CRM system, ensuring proper configuration, scheduling, and execution.
- Creating and managing clear, detailed project briefs aligned with business goals and coordinating with cross-functional teams for project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree in mass communication, marketing o rany related field.
- Proven understanding of CRM & Social Media strategy & operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of delivering digital implementation and innovation in CRM, Data / Insight, Retailer Retention & Advocacy user journey.
- Proficient in crafting grammatically sound content in both English and Bahasa Malaysia across various formats.
- Collaborative and adept at communicating effectively with stakeholders on both local and global levels.
- Inclination towards creativity and a willingness to explore innovative approaches.
- Enthusiastic about creating impactful content and activations, particularly in digital and social settings.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in A/B and other testing methods inc. use of Einstein Analytics, Path Optimizer and other relevant SFMC functionalities
- Ability to read and implement learnings from Google Analytics, Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends.
