Job Description

  • Non-Chinese candidates are encouraged to apply if you can communicate in Chinese fluently
  • Handle a high volume of daily inquiries across various communication channels, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
  • Assist customers in placing orders through our sales channels and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with the production and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to support the organization's mission.
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning strategies.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Job Requirements

  • Possess advanced proficiency in English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer care roles.
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with startup experience being beneficial.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • Dedicated to enhancing customer experiences for increased retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven and focused on performance, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product support.
