Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point-of-contact for our customers seeking assistance, including intermediaries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customers’ concern
- Follow-up and update on customers’ requests and status
- Upkeep of professional service within desired SLA & NPS rating
- Handle quotation and enquiries across various line of businesses offered by the Company
- Ensure accuracy and completion of enrolment forms for submission
- Able to conduct telesales activities professionally when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- An excellent individual contributor as well as supportive team member to identify and suggest possible improvements on processes
- Meticulous and compliant with company’s policies, procedures and guidelines
- Preferably holds General Insurance certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience
- Familiar with general insurance personal lines products
- Experience in call centre management and telephony tools
- Demonstrate sales ability and professional/technical knowledge of sales process and techniques
- High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
- Pleasant telephone voice
