Customer Manager

Establish clearly defined financial objectives for customers. Build and develop multi-level relationships, including executive level, with customers and internally. Typically Education/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are required. Basic computer skills are required. Able to make sound, logical and reasonable decisions with minimal guidance. Able to apply solution selling knowledge and capabilities. Applies financial acumen to influence customers and constituents. Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing is required. General office equipment and materials. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements. N/A
