We are searching for a hardworking Customer Relation Executive to join our elite team at MOD AUTO GROUP SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Perak.

  1. Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.
  2. Responsible for the handover of vehicle to Service Advisor with all customer request duly attended as promised.
  3. Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix-it-right programs.
  4. Plan and manage front office reception to achieve targeted customer satisfaction index by ensuring effective implementation of service performance standard.
  5. Initiate regular meeting/discussion/report on job distribution, handover and other related operational problems to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  6. Handling and managing client inquiries, complaints, and difficulties effectively in order to retain customers while expanding the brand's reach and increasing customer loyalty.
  7. Compiling and updating customer databases is your responsibility.
  8. Manage the car delivery procedure to customers.
  9. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
  2. At least three (3) years of working experience in CRM, and marketing communication. Automotive line is preferred.
  3. Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.
  4. Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  5. Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
  6. Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
  7. Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu.
  8. Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.
  9. Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.
  10. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  12. Has own initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
