Description:-
• Response to customer inquiries via telecommunication channels (calls, emails, chats, web tickets).
• Perform user guidance at Level 1 and 2 wherever possible and strive for first call resolution.
• Clarifying the customer's complaint and escalate priority issues and reporting to the high-level management to resolve user issues.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• To perform shipping tasks - receiving, issuing, shipping and other related duties instructed by the superior.
• Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs.
• Provide customer service support the sales team.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions
• Participate in additional training courses as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:-
• Candidates must possess a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent fields
• Candidates must have a good command of written & spoken English & Bahasa Malayu & MANDARIN
• Candidates must have basic IT knowledge/ background/ experience
• Candidates with 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage.
• Skills needed: Good communication/ customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet is an added advantage
