We are hiring an organized Customer Service Admin to join our productive team at MY CORPORATE SOLUTION SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Admin to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful applicant will be the frontline of communication, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service procedures and policies.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; further education in Customer Service or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Communication skill in both written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin speaking will be added advantage as we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
