Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Assistant

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

We are hiring a customer service assistant to ensure customers' orders are processed efficiently and to assist with customer service queries. This role will report to a Customer Service Manager. The office is based in Johor Bahru Malaysia. Head quarter of the business is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up all sales orders
  • Set up new accounts
  • Attend to all customer enquiries and emails
  • Export shipment and documentations
  • Any other tasks required.

Job Requirements:

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Past experience in customer service and administration is preferred
  • Working knowledge of IT, Microsoft and other operating systems
  • Above average command of English in both speaking and writing
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and plan
