CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

• Responsible for providing high standards of customer service to visitors
• Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Respond promptly to customers inquiries
• Helpdesk support – record operational issues, maintain log on helpdesk queries
• Attending customers general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company’s tenants or products.
• Fully responsible in keeping a good record and coordinating front counter services to be offered to customers or distributor.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
