Main responsibilities:

️Handle inbound calls (Average 80 calls/daily)
️Resolving customer's enquiries or complaints in timely manner
️Promotes and verbally share latest promotion campaign information to the call-in customers (when chance arise)

Remunerations:

Basic salary up to RM4000 (subjects to experiences)
Shift allowance RM350 fixed
Quarterly KPI incentives RM800 - RM1800
Other allowance: transport allowance, meal allowance, language allowance, OT claims and etc
Staff benefits: Insurance coverage, Optical + Dental claim
