Customer Service cum Indoor Sales Coordinator - Rewarding Work

Job Description

• In managing existing local and oversea customer, explore and introduce company's products for potential sales to develop new potential customers and business opportunities
• Attend to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, close orders, manage collection and accounts receivables
• Provide relevant product information according to customers' request. Follow-up closely customers' order status such as delivery rate and quantity and any other requirement are met
• Ability to adhere to given timelines, Self-motivated, positive mindset, fast leaner and passion in sales.
• Consistently provide feedback to the team regarding competition, product and market needs
• Maintain customer's credit by monitoring debtors from credit terms given and follow up on payments status.
• Assume and perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested
• Commissions, bonus and claims pay accordingly

Requirement

• Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or a related field is preferred
• Excellent Communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Both verbal and written.
• Good communication and Customer Oriented Skill demands, shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients
• Ability to adhere to given timelines. Self-motivated, positive mindset, fast leaner and passion in sales
• Full time position, 5 days work(8.30am-5.30pm)
