Candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and provide quotation
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery times
Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Follow up/Provide customers with payment details, including the outstanding invoice number, amount due, and acceptable payment methods
Assist in purchasing task
Preparing monthly Sales/Purchase reports
