Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Act as customer's communication window for all routine.
  • Prepare Reports - monthly report, WOM report, Incoming & Outgoing daily sales report, sales return report & OTD report.
  • Updates to customers on deliveries status & contact window and assist in consignment billing.
  • Follow up on outstanding payment, over billing & over shipping quantity.
  • Frame contract tracking and and monitor shortage & replacement follow up.
  • Monitor credit limit and raise the requisition when needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in business.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
