Job Description
- Manage the allocated customers within the designation Business Unit.
- Manage hotline, quotation, processing of orders and ensure customer satisfaction in meeting customers’ requirements.
- Manage and resolve customers’ feedback with prompt implementation of corrective actions to improve Service Quality.
- Actively engage customers in all Forecast Planning and Inventory Control.
- Liaise with forwarders on shipping documentation for import and export.
- Generate weekly sales and purchasing reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service.
- Good Interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Good working attitude and strong responsibility.
- Computer literate, experience in SAP systems would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (Training provided).
