Job Description

• Manage the allocated customers within the designation Business Unit.
• Manage hotline, quotation, processing of orders and ensure customer satisfaction in meeting customers’ requirements.
• Manage and resolve customers’ feedback with prompt implementation of corrective actions to improve Service Quality.
• Actively engage customers in all Forecast Planning and Inventory Control.
• Liaise with forwarders on shipping documentation for import and export.
• Generate weekly sales and purchasing reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service.
• Good Interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Good working attitude and strong responsibility.
• Computer literate, experience in SAP systems would be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (Training provided).
