Coolbit is a newly established IT service provider company focusing on FinTech projects, which is committed to making trading, investing and managing digital assets as simple as possible. We are looking for talented and energetic Enterprise Customer Service Executives to join our amazing team at our company and it is a great place to grow your career! Enterprise Customer Service Executives are responsible for making our customers’ lives easier and helping them complete transactions successfully. They serve as primary point of contact for customers, greeting all our customers, answering their queries and solving issues

.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • One-stop solution to the needs of corporate customers (including product APP use and console use), providing corporate customers with a full set of consulting and after-sales service.
  • Must be proficient in the company's products and block chain-related application knowledge. (exchanges, hot wallets, etc.)
  • Share information with colleagues or supervisors to accumulate knowledge and provide basis for process improvement.
  • Provide complete and accurate solutions and information for corporate customers, solve customer problems, and provide high-quality services.
  • Respond on time to the needs and opinions provided by corporate customers through calls and emails, and record and report.
  • Accept corporate customer consultation, record customer consultation and complaint content, and give customer feedback according to the corresponding process.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualification:

  • Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma will have an added advantages.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Onsite training will be provided
  • Proficient in English good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Work experience in funded enterprises, blockchain-related work experience, and familiarity with company -funded enterprise management models and corporate culture will be given priority.
  • Able to work shift and Public Holidays
