Join Emperikal: Now Hiring an e-Commerce Executive

Emperikal invites dynamic individuals to apply for the position of e-Commerce Executive at our premium office location in Binjai 8 Premium Soho, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Be part of a newly established team, bringing a startup-like zeal within the robust framework of Emperikal.

Position: e-Commerce Executive

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Salary: MYR2,500 - MYR3,000 (Depending on experience & skillset)

We aim to redefine customer support for our ecommerce brands based in Europe, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Role Responsibilities:

i) Product Research:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify and evaluate products from designated markets or countries.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and trends to select products with high potential for success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to understand market needs and product feasibility.

ii) Product Uploading:

  • Utilize Shopify to create compelling and accurate product pages.
  • Ensure all product information (images, descriptions, prices) is accurate and meets company standards.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO to enhance discoverability.

iii) Market Testing:

  • Assist in execution of market testing efforts via Facebook, Instagram or TikTok advertising to gauge product demand & maximise online sales performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.

iv) Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of research findings and product performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on product research outcomes and market testing results.
