Inbound Call Centre
- To attend and seek solution for customers (internal & external) and intermediaries who contact the Customer Service Hotline.
- To provide efficient and professional service to customers by upholding department's service standard
- To provide first contact resolution to resolve customer complaint and escalation on a timely manner.
- To provide customer service satisfaction through soft skills in call handling and provide accurate information or solution.
- To demonstrate high level of teamwork and commitment to serve.
- To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.
- To track call report performance data for management analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills in English to liaise with customers/agents.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Good customer handling skills and complaint/difficult customer handling experience.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, good stress tolerance and ability to multi-task.
