• Location: Livingston, George Town, Penang
• Shift: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)

Your Responsibilities

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in person).

Requirements

• Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
• Fluent in the required language Cantonese and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
• Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Self-managing in fast-paced environments.
• Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
• Willing to Relocate to Penang
