Workspace Asia is an online search platform focused on linking professionals with coworking spaces throughout Asia. Our priority is delivering a seamless user experience underscored by outstanding customer service. We are presently in search of a Customer Service Executive to bolster our support for the Malaysia market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new coworking space locations to expand our platform’s listings
- Create and manage listings on our platform with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle inquiries from customers seeking coworking spaces via phone calls, email, or messaging platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coworking space options
- Coordinate and schedule tours for customers to visit and inspect coworking spaces
- Follow up diligently with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Previous experience in a coworking space environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Stable work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
