As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients in Malaysia. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions.

2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

3. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication.

5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.

7. Provide product or service information to customers, including pricing, availability, and features.

8. Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation.

9. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

10. Assist in implementing customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

11. Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response times.

12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.

 

Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma /degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role.

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

5. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
