Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Import/Export Freight Forwarding Operations (from booking until billing);
• Sourcing rates and prepares quotations;

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field;
• More than 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding operations;
• Good communication skills and able to write and converse effectively in English and Mandarin are a mandatory requirement;
• Able to handle customer complaint effectively & independently;
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure;
• Able to cope with the fast-paced working environment;
• With valid custom clearance and KEK (Sijil Kursus Ejen Kastam)/ KEP (Sijil Kursus Ejen Perkapalan) certificate will be an added advantages;
