CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - Professional Development Opportunities

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

• Generate quotations including product information and consistently follow up on all bidding RFQs.
• Develop, implement strategies and tactics to increase sales revenue and product margin.
• Responsible in sourcing for competitive quotes and cost negotiations with supplier.
• Responsible in develop new potential suppliers.
• Transferring and consolidating customer’s BOM and project inquiry with purchasing information into Standard RFQ tracking overview for Sourcing purposes.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
• Order management – responsible to handle operation from ordering until delivery to customer (order & delivery issues, price, schedule and follow up on any change of ship date). Verify order details, including product information, pricing, quantities, shipping addresses, and payment information.
• Co-ordinate with salesperson to meet customer requirement.
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
• To ensure continuous improvement that meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and demands.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.

 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min of Diploma in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of sales, business development or purchasing activities experience in Electronics industry.
• Good in analysis, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Independent, reliable, highly motivated, performance driven with good communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and a good team player. 
• We are seeking candidates proficient in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients.
• Great computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel (VLookup , Pivot table & etc), Outlook, Power BI and etc.
• An outgoing character, flexibility with meeting customers and willing to travel is an added advantage.
